💰 Pricing & Booking Details

Per Person: $70

Travel Fee: $1 per mile one-way from Portage, MI

Minimum Booking: $500

Deposit: $250 (applied to total) via cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App

🪑 What You Provide

  • Tables, chairs, plates, silverware, and beverages for you and your guests
  • A clean kitchen with counter space, sink, stove, and electrical outlet for food prep
  • Parking space for a car and small trailer

Note:

  • If the kitchen requires cleaning before starting, a $50 cleaning fee will apply.
  • We are a Personal & Private Chef service, not a catering business. This means we bring the raw ingredients to prepare on-site at your event.

🕒 Event Timeline: What to Expect

Arrival & Setup:

  • We arrive 3 hours before your desired start time to set up the grill area and prepare the food.
  • Food preparation includes cutting meats and vegetables, cooking rice and noodles, making sure we are ready to give you a great dinner.

Cooking Show:

  • The cooking demonstration lasts up to 1.5 hours, featuring cooking tricks and entertainment.

Cleanup:

  • Cleanup takes up to 1 hour. We will wash our dishes and leave your area as clean (or cleaner) than we found it.

Late Start Fee:

  • If the event starts late, like waiting for someone’s arrival (after a 15-minute grace period), a $50 fee will be charged for every 15 minutes.

📅 Booking & Inquiries

How to Book:

  • Send an inquiry with your event date and location. We’ll confirm availability.
  • If available, we will send you the Venmo code to send the deposit and the private chef contract . Once the deposit is sent, you will receive a confirmation from us.
  • 7 days before your event, provide the following details:
    • Event address
    • Event start time (when everyone sits down to eat)
    • Guest food orders – include names please (makes it easy for us)
    • Signed private chef contract
  • Once we review this information, you will receive an itemized invoice with your balance.

The balance is to be paid at the start time.

Late Booking Fee:

  • Bookings less than 7 days in advance incur a $150 late booking fee.

To help us stay organized, please keep all event-related communication in one thread. Payments should come from a single transaction, not split among the group.
